Add2Run is a freeware utility for Windows that allows you to add shortcuts & open any file, program, software or application on your computer from Windows Start Menu’s Run Command dialog box (Windows+R).

The usage is pretty simple: Select a file, select an alias/friendly name by which you want to launch the file from the Run command and click on add.
