CellTrack 91 is a free utility for Symbian 9.1 based Nokia S60 3rd Edition mobile devices that displays detailed information about the carrier network and GSM cell that you are connected to. Here are some of the features of this application for Nokia S60 v3 mobile devices:
Cellid: the id from the actual cell
LAC: the Location Area Code from your cell
Net: the net you are moving in - e.g. 262 for Germany and 02 for Vodafone. If a W-CDMA/UMTS cell is present is shown here. The number has still 4 digits.
Name: the name of the cell. This is shown by an algorithm when you select ‘Cell Name from Id’ in the settings. No Cell Broadcast Service support in this version.
Signal: shows the quality of the receive signal. The percentage value is taken from the Nokia phone API. The dBm values is covered with an at command (CellTrack62) or the newer API (CellTrack70).
Battery: should show the capacity of your battery
Description: shows the information from the database.
Diagram: shows the dBm values as green and the percentage as black line. The red lines a cell changes

1[...] The Journey is an interesting, adventure/mystery game for Nokia S60 3rd Edition mobile devices based on your real world location. You play the role of a detective who tries to solve a mysterious case by walking around different locations in the physical world of which the game is completely aware right from the time you leave the detective bureau. The game saves the locations and in the course of the story you will have to return to your bureau and walk back to the place where you started playing in order to continue. Your location is determined by getting the Cell Id/LAC from a cellular tower of your mobile operator/carrier (see CellTrack for Nokia S60 v3) [...]
