Penrillian Packager for Symbian OS is a freeware application for Windows Vista and XP that alows you to create Symbian SISX files out of your own content for Nokia S60 and Sony Ericsson UIQ mobile devices. Penrillian supports Sony Ericsson UIQ 2 & UIQ 3 and Nokia S60 2nd and 3rd Edition platforms and also requires Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 to be installed on the computer.

With Penrillian, the applications are limited only by your imagination:

Create suites of music tracks to install and play.
Install albums of photos, or videos
Distribute books written with browser markup (WML, HTML, etc).
