Realtor.com has released a freeware application for Windows Mobile Pocket PC devices that allows users to search for real-estate listings from their mobile device through GPRS or 3G.[via Solsie]

Key features of Realtor.com for Windows Mobile include:

-Perform searches for homes using criteria including city, state or zip codes, price range, number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
-If a prospective home looks interesting and is close by, you can click on “Contact Details” to connect with the listing agent or broker.
-Homes Near By: When going through a neighborhood, if you see a ‘For Sale’ sign, you can get a photo of the property with all its details through an inbuilt or external GPS device.
- Favorite listings can be stored in a Saved Items search folders for future reference and comparison
-Maps and driving directions to each home for sale in the area
