When I click the link I am taken back to the form. I tried Opera, FireFox and IE and the web site of neptune behaves the same way. It is in a loop. How do I get the Neptune plugin to download? The only drawback of Opera was this IE rendering engine missing capability. BUT it doesn't work in my computer.
