Animoto Beta is a web application that allows users to create professional looking animated videos from still images and music/audio using their patent-pending technology.

You can upload photos and images from your desktop computer or any other online web service such as Flickr, Photobucket, Smugsmug, Facebook or Picasa to Animoto. Then select a music file source (MP3, WAV or AIFF) that you’d like to play in the background.

Animoto analyzes and combines user-selected images and music with the same sophisticated post-production skills & techniques that are used in television and film. The technology takes into account every nuance of a song: the genre, song structure, energy, rhythm, instrumentation, vocals and accordingly creates the video. Even videos generated with an identical set of images and music will each have a completely distinct set of motion design.

The one-click remixing feature lets you see what else Animoto can design using the same images, music, and details a video already has.
