Techcrunch reports of a new service called Dapper Facebook Appmaker, a web based tool to create Facebook applications instantly and easily without any programming knowledge.

Dapper allows users to create API’s called “Dapps” by selecting content from Websites, RSS or XML feeds, Google Gadgets/Maps, HTML, Netvibes Module, Email, iCalendar, CSV file and more. Each “Dapp” is an XML which can be manipulated in any number of ways. You can then preview your selection and convert these Dapps into Facebook applications. The AppMaker allows for branding (logos etc.) and provide functionalities such as remote search and retrieval, remote login, and multi-page apps.

Facebook applications are a great way to gain popularity for a website or product.
