Nokia has announced a new N-Gage mobile application and gaming service for Nokia S60 3rd Edition NSeries mobile devices [Nokia N73, N81, Nokia N93(i) and Nokia N95] and Windows PC. The N-Gage service will allow users to download, preview and play all N-Gage games for free on their NSeries mobile phone and buy a game through the device or desktop PC. Users would also be able to connect to friends and other players in the N-Gage Arena community and play multiplayer games with them from their S60 device.

The N-Gage service will be available globally in November 2007. At that time, the free N-Gage application can be downloaded from www.n-gage.com (PC or mobile) and installed in compatible devices such as - Nokia N73, N81, Nokia N93(i), Nokia N95. Future S60 devices would ship with the NGage mobile gaming application preinstalled.

Also, whether a game is downloaded on Windows or the mobile device itself, you would be able to manage the games catalog by synching the mobile games between the two platforms.
