Bytescout Form Filler is a freeware Windows beta application that allows you to conviniently fill text fields and checkmarks in scanned forms and documents and then save them as Adobe PDF files or print them. Form Filler can fill any scanned images, forms or documents which are normally stored in a BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG or TIFF format.

Usage instructions:

1) Download and install Bytescout Form Filler
2) Open a scanned image file that you want to fill from the file menu
3) Select “AutoFind Fields To Fill”
4) After the scan is complete, the program will highlight fields which can be filled with “Type text here”
5) You can click in the field to enter your text, use tab to go to the next field and add checkmarks by clicking on the “Add Checkmark” button on the toolbar (if the form requires one)
6) Once this is done, you can save the filled form as an Adobe PDF file or print it
