CommandExpress is an excellent graphical user interface front end for Windows XP, 2003 and Vista command line utilities and automatically build commands. Whether you are a novice, power or advanced computer/server user or administrator, you will realize how difficult it is to remember and execute the correct syntax for a command-line utility with multiple switch(s) or subswitch(s). CommandExpress overwhelmingly simplifies the job by allowing to you select the syntax and multiple switches (and sub-switches) for most command line utilities in Windows OS from a graphical user interface. It also allows you to enter values for any switch that requires additional parameters in a dialog box.
For example, under system management, there is a command called Systeminfo which gathers information about your system environment. With systeminfo, you can specify additional switches such as /U for gathering information for a particular user and /P to use a password. You might also want to save the output to a text file. In such as scenario, adding these switches is a matter of selecting checkboxes in the program . You can then enter the value for /P, /U by highlighting each individual switch one by one and for the output file by browing the navigation tree and selecting a folder . After the information is entered, CommandExpress will automatically build and execute the command for you.

Other features include:
Execution history: Easily navigate to, modify and re-execute commands you executed earlier
Switch exclusivity processing: CommandXpress automatically excludes all other switches that are used exclusively to the one you set for switches explicitly indicated in the command reference.
File and folder browsing: Insert paths into your commands without having to memorize them or do copy and paste.
Autoquote: Text is automatically padded with quotation marks
I would rate this software 5 stars and recommend this to anyone who uses command line frequently.
