Mobile9 has released the beta version of a new web based tool to create free SIS/SISX themes for Nokia S60 3rd Edition mobile devices such as Nokia N73, N75, N80, N93, N95, E60, E65, E90 and other NSeries and ESeries devices. The tool walks you through the following steps to create a theme installer for your type of mobile device:

1) Select your Nokia mobile phone model
2) Upload an image file for the Idle background (atleast 240px X 320px and not larger than 800 X 600 pixels)
3) After uploading an image, you can drag the on screen box to select the area that you’d like to include in your background. You can also resize the selection box to increase or decrease the height or width of the image
4) You can then upload a second image file for the Active bacground or use the same image as the Idle background
5) Lastly you can select the text color and title for icons in the control panel and your theme should be ready for download.
