Star EnForcer is a freeware utility for Windows Mobile 2003 and 5.0 based Pocket PC or Smartphone devices that can detect and automatically notify the owner of the device if the SIM Card is changed via SMS text message. It will send a message containing the new SIM IMSI and the current GSM location in LAC-CID hexa combination of the mobile device, repeating it every 30 minutes.

To use the application:

Star Enforcer SIM card Change notifier for Windows Mobile

+ Download and install Star Enforcer in the main memory
+ Launch the program and select Get IMSI.
+ Enter the mobile phone number where your location SMS should be sent in case the SIM is changed
+ Enter a password, press save and then activate.

If you want to deactivate the application, - make a copy of starenforcer.exe in the same folder (very important). Run the copy of the program, enter the password and press deactivate.
