uMouse is aninnovative application that allows you to control your keyboard & mouse cursor clicks by the movements of your head, hand or fingers through a USB video camera attached to your computer, thus providing a hands-free solution to control gestures on your PC.

While uMouse can run as a mouse pointer, scroll control, drag control, virtual desktop or keyboard shortcut using physical hand and facial movements, the current version enables only the first option i.e. mouse cursor.

The software provides real-time visual tracking and translates this into mouse controls. In addition the software is capable to interpret gestures as well as map these actions in keyboard events.

After installing the software, you can customize the click method, focus, gesture, action selection, mouse acceleration, camera id (if you have multiple cameras) and finally the action to gesture mappings for the mouse.
