Easy Sync is an addon application for Windows Mobile Device Center in Windows Vista that enables users to auto-synchronize files and folders on their computer with to multiple storage cards through a Windows Mobile Pocket PC or Smartphone device in real-time. It also supports synchronizing files from network shares.
