The Contact Exporter is a free addon for ClearContext IMS that allows you to create and export email addresses from a set of folders/sub-folders that you select in Microsoft Outlook. You can select the email addresses from a prioritized list of contacts generated for you to create an Outlook distribution list, groups, or a CSV export file. Once you’ve created the list, you can import these contacts into any service that accept CSV files such as LinkedIn, Facebook or Plaxo.

The contacts found in folders are divided into a list divided into three groups: More Relevant, Relevant, and Less Relevant. Use the selection links to select/deselect groups of those contacts or the checkboxes to individually select/deselect the contacts you want to export. This makes it easier to quickly create personal and work related contact groups from all your previous correspondence saved in the email client.
