iPhone-iSync is a freeware application that allows users to wirelessly synchronize files and folders from your Mac OSX computer to an Apple iPhone or iPod Touch mobile device over WiFi-WLAN. The ultimate aim of the utility is to be an all-in-one solution to synchronize iTunes media, photos, Safari bookmarks and favorites, Contacts, Calendar and other PIM data to iPhone/iPod.
iPhone-iSync is a GUI based implementation of the rsync protocol, which has previously been covered for Symbian here. A native iPhone application called wiSync included with the package allows you to switch automatic sync on and off from your mobile phone. There is also an option to install the MobileFinder tool on iPhone.

You need to make sure to install the BSD Subsystem and OpenSSH on your jailbroken iPhone/iPod Touch from the Installer. The author also emphasises that your iPhone/iPod Touch must be powered on and unlocked, and that the Wi-Fi should be connected to the same network (in the same subnet) as your Mac PC.
A Windows version of the software is also in the works and will be available in two weeks or so.
Download the beta version for Mac OSX here.
