Mobile Personal Assistant is a freeware Python based application for Nokia S60 that read aloud/announce the daily status of your calendar entries, phone calls and SMS text messages through voice using the in-built text-to-speech engine of S60 3rd Edition platform. It is similiar to Microsoft’s Voice Command software that is available for Windows Mobile devices.

Mobile personal Assistant can read out the following entries at predefined intervals :

+ Calendar items update (appointment, events, anniversaries and todo for past one day
+ SMS status update (received, unread and sent calls) for past one day
+ Call status update (received,outgoing and missed calls) for past one day
+ Next appointment in detail
+ Last received SMS in detail
+ Last missed call in detail

The following options are available in the software:

+ Read all unread messages (All messages not opened by user in SMS inbox are read)
+ Auto read incoming SMS
+ Stop speech reading entries by pressing backspace key (’c’ key)
