ShakeLock is a freeware Python based application in Beta for Nokia S60 that uses motion detection and gestures to lock or unlock your cellphone. This is a simple application with basic functionality: it locks and unlocks the phone by recognizing the phone movement.
If you shake the phone up and down, the device gets locked while shaking the phone left and right unlocks the device. You can individually configure the Lock and Unlock sensitivity settings (ranging from levels 1 to 3) so that, for example, you can decrease the sensitivity for the Unlock mode to prevent accidental unlocking of the device while you are in motion. For best experience, you can set a higher value for unlock and a lower value for lock.

Proposed changes in future versions include changing the shake direction, switching the application to background and autolocking in case of accidental unlock.
