ThinkRemote is a new application in beta that brings information and content from Windows SideShow gadgets to your everyday electronic devices such as mobile phones, portable gaming consoles, media players, remote controls and web browsers. With support for wired, wireless, and Internet-based connectivity, ThinkRemote keeps you connected to your PC and your content anytime, anywhere.

Use ThinkRemote with devices you already own: ThinkRemote would be compatible with a multitude of electronic deviecs such as Windows Mobile, Apple iPhone, iPod Touch, Java J2ME mobile device, Sony Playstation Portable, Nintendo DS, Sony Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii and any Mobile or Web Browser.
Works with standard/third party SideShow gadgets: ThinkRemote works in coordination with the standard Windows SideShow control panel applet and is compatible with standard SideShow gadgets as well as 3rd-party gadgets such as photo viewers. PowerPoint presentations, stock, weather, RSS feeds. e-mail, calendar appointments, and Media Player controls.
Integrates with Z-Wave smart home: ThinkRemote integrates with the Z-Wave remote control system using which you can dim the lights, adjust the thermostat, or just enjoy whole-home range and navigate SideShow content on the remote’s display.

ThinkRemote supports Windows Media Center, IR bridging, Z-Wave, WiFi, and Bluetooth for connectivity, allowing any manufacturer to add support for SideShow in their device.
