JotYou is a free service that lets you schedule and send SMS text messages and reminders to family, friends & other people based on their GPS or WiFi position such that the messages get delivered to them only when they are in the selected location during the specified time. If they don’t get there within the specified time frame, the messages are never delivered. The JotYou mobile application supports both GPS and WiFi-WLAN positioning for Nokia S60, Windows Mobile, Sony Ericsson J2ME, Blackberry or any other MIDP 2.0 capable mobile phones depending on the model and related hardware modules.

2) Send a message and specify a delivery time and target location.
