Over at Symbian-Freak, a unique, camera-controlled puzzle game is available for Nokia S60 mobile phones called iKon Attack. The gameplay is based on a combination of Bejewelled and Tetris moves.
You need to align three or more ikons vertically or horizontally so that they disappear. You can attack your opponent and gain higher scores by performing a Combo or Chain. A Combo is when you clear more than 3 ikons at the same time while a Chain is when you can clear ikons continously. The grid keeps moving up like in Tetris and when the ikons hit the top, the game ends.

The unique feature of this program is the ability to use the phone’s in-built camera to interact wiith the game. So when in the camera mode, you need to cover your camera’s len with your finger’s tip to swap ikons.
It also features a multiplayer mode wherein one player can challenge another and play iKon Attack over Bluetooth or connect to an online game room via Internet connection. While in Bluetooth mode, you can send a preset message to your opponent (like a “taunt” in Unreal) by pressing a single button on your keypad.
Currently, the game is available only for Nokia S60 2nd Edition platform and hopefully will be ported to the S60 3rd Edition platform. Click here to download iKon Attack if you have a 2nd Edition device.
