FreeMobile411 also allows you to type in the information you need from a mobile browser and connect to a live operator if needed.

Press and Hold the “talk” key again and say either the business listing you are looking for, a business category or a Person. Within a few seconds, the phone number, address, map, directions, nearby places and other features will be displayed on your phone.

When using the mobile internet version of the application, simply type in the search box the name of the business, or person, or the type of business you are looking for, scroll down a little bit and then input the city and state in the following search box and the results will be displayed on the screen.

Note that currently, the voice-enabled version of the program is available only for Sprint phones.
