PatchOnClick is freeware application for Windows Xp and Vista that allows you to send and receive only the changes and updates made to large files & documents without having to send or receive the whole file every time. PatchOnClick is particularly useful when frequent updates of files are sent via email, over the Internet, or via a Network.
For example, lets assume you have to frequently send updated versions of a word document (more than 5120 KB in size) to a group of people. After you have drafted and distributed the first version of your document, you would save the original file as a reference document to create patches from it at a later date.
Subsequently, as you modify the word document, you will save the modified document as a separate file. Each time you wish to distribute a new draft of your word document, you would make a new patch file using the reference file and the modified file. In the above example, if the modifications that you’ve done amount to 100KB, you save 5020KB worth of data from wasting the bandwidth.

Key features of PatchOnFile include:
+ Create patch files for any Windows file.
+ Patch files with a three stage wizard.
+ Patch verification.
+Warning dialog window if patch already exists.
