Jott Feeds is a new service by Jott.com that allows users to listen to RSS feeds from any mobile phone or landline telephone. You simply need to add your favorite RSS feeds to your Jott account by logging into your account and selecting the “Add Feeds” option in the right pane of your inbox. Once the feeds have been added, you can then call Jott’s toll-free number and have them read to you over your phone. Jott performs real-time text-to-speech transcription of the RSS feeds content and reads them out to you.

Here is an overview on how to use Jott Feeds:

1) Call Jott at (866) JOTT-123
2) When prompted “Who do you want to Jott?”, select “Jott Feeds”
3) Then Jott will ask you to speak the name of the feed that you want to hear. You can say “Help” or “What can I say” to hear a list of the feeds you can listen to, in case you do not remember the name of the feed.
4) Once you answer that, Jott will convert the textual content in the RSS feed into audio and read it out to you.
5) You can press #1 on your phone’s keypad to hear the article again or #3 to skip the article
