hey, i performed soft reset on my n95 8 gb and it erased my contacts ffom the sim card, why? is there any way to re-do the soft reset to get my contacts back?

thanks for the tips but i still have problem with my n70.its only can stand just for 15minutes then my phone will hang so what should i do?? plzz help!!!
