TwitterFone & TwitSay are two web based services that allow you to post messages and send updates to your Twitter account using voice to text transcription, from any mobile or cellular phone.

All you need to do is call one of the phone numbers listed on their website, local to your country, and speak your message. The audio message is transcribed into text on the server and within a few minutes, is posted to your personal Twitter page.

To sign up for either service, you must enter your Twitter credentials since Twitter does not offer any API to authenticate to its own server before sending updates without using username and password.
