Path Tracker is an Apple iPhone and iPod Touch application that displays your path on a map as you move, based on your current GPS location. With Path Tracker, you can view the distance you’ve traveled, time elapsed, average speed, latitude, longitude, and altitude, all using the integrated GPS receiver of iPhone.
Path Tracker can record your route while walking, running, hiking, biking, boating or traveling on any kind of trip. Path Tracker turns your iPhone or iPod Touch into a speedometer, odometer, stopwatch, altimeter, and GPS location tool.
Key features of Path Tracker for Apple iPhone and iPod Touch include:
+ Displays line showing your path on map
+ View normal, satellite, or hybrid map
+ Saves your path automatically, so you can continue after a phone call
+ Choose miles or kilometers
Another similiar application called RunKeeper is also available and offers the following features:
+ Track your duration, speed, pace and distance travelled
+ Map your runs using GPS on Google Maps

Both applications are waiting to be included iPhone App Store. To check for download availability, check the homepage of the respective applications.
