SmartSOS is an application for Nokia S60 3rd Edition mobile devices that lets you send your current GPS location to multiple recipients during an emergency.

With a single click, Smart SOS will connect to satellites in your area, get your accurate location coordinates and send them in SMS or E-mail message. For non-GPS devices, Smart SOS will still send help requests via Email or SMS. Moreover, Smart SOS will silently capture images from your mobile camera and send them as an MMS to your contacts to help them identify your place.

Key features of SmartSOS for Nokia S60 include:

- Send up to 10 SMS to different contacts with the ability to add GPS coordinates.
- Send up to 10 E-mails to multiple recipients with or without GPS coordinates.
- Send snapshots through MMS to up to 10 recipients.
- Choose which camera to take snapshots (for dual-camera devices)
- Control the order/priority of your actions i.e. SMS, MMS or EMail
- Control the sending time intervals between actions
- Initiate help requests even when the keypad is locked

To configure SmartSOS, you need to enter your name, control the application execution period , and setting the times you want Smart SOS to operate. Requests will then be set to your recipients through SMS, E-mail and MMS. In case of an emergency, a long press of the (OK) key will execute SmartSOS while pressing and holding the (C) key will stop SmartSOS.
