VOA is a freeware application that provides vibration feedback for key press and touchscreen events on Windows Mobile Pocket PC devices, similiar to what is available in Samsung Omnia.

It consists of two parts. The first software is called VOA aka vibrate.exe while the configuration application is called VOAConfig.

Key features of VOA for Windows Mobile include:

- Vibrate always on touch events (mouse down, or mouse up)
- Vibrate only if SIP is active
- Vibrate on Key press (hardware keys)
- Adjustable vibration (duration in ms)
- Configuration over command line parameters
- Completely event-based, so battery is consumed only while vibrating

VOAConfig allows you to:

- Choose activity mode (always/SIP only)
- Enable Vibration on Keys
- Enable VOA on startup
- Choose vibration duration/strength
- Start/Stop VOA
- Saves settings in registry
