GRemote is a freeware application that allows you to use your Accelerometer based Windows Mobile device as a wireless motion gesture based mouse or remote control for Windows & Linux based PC. The application emulates the functionality of a Logitech MX Air Mouse.

You can move the cursor on the display of your computer by tilting the mobile device or use the on-screen virtual scroll-wheel and buttons. Currently the GRemote application suite only consists of GMouse for mouse functionality but the author hopes to add the following features in future releases:

+ Touchpad for devices without GSensor
+ Wireless Keyboard
+ GMedia, an applet to control multimedia software such as WinAmp, Windows Media Player, PowerDVD, etc
+ Motion detection based Game controler

GRemote client/server communications can take place over the following networks:

- Wi-Fi WLAN
- USB
- BT with Personal Area Network
